From First Visit to Ongoing Care
Schedule Your Complimentary Visit
New customers start with one complimentary introductory Property Steward visit. No payment is collected before the visit. Fill out the form on our free visit page and we'll confirm a time that works for you.
We Come to Your Property
A Home Steward Pro team member arrives at the scheduled time and completes the full Property Steward visit — HVAC filter replacement, alarm checks, light bulb replacement, and an exterior condition review.
You Receive Your Report
After the visit, you receive a digital photographic property report documenting completed tasks, observed conditions, and any suggested follow-up items. The report is yours to keep regardless of whether you enroll.
Decide With Confidence
After reviewing your report, you decide whether to enroll in the Property Steward Program. There is no pressure and no obligation. Payment is collected only after you choose to enroll.
Quarterly Visits on Your Schedule
Enrolled customers receive four scheduled visits per year. We coordinate timing with you, complete the visit, and deliver a fresh photographic report after each one.
